The perfect tool for day to day estate and asset management, Quadpro Collegiate from PACE provides a Server based web access Job request system for day to day maintenance, planned maintenance, accommodation strategy, space planning, suitability analysis, & budget control, enabling educational property managers to make the most of their premises and facilities.
WEB/INTRANET RAISED JOB REQUESTS – Internal client work job request processing + automatic e-mails to job requestors and process tracking.
PASSWORD ACCESS - User name and pass-word access.
SITE & FLOOR PLANS - Quadpro Collegiate holds a library of graphic map plans for site buildings and spaces. Also provides easy to use links to relevant CAD drawings where available.
PHOTOGRAPHIC RECORD - Photographs of site, space, condition and assets can be stored as Jpegs for easy retrieval.
DROP DOWN MENUS - At the heart of Quadpro Collegiate is a structured Dynamic Glossary providing pre-set and client added descriptive words and phrases. These provide easy to access drop down menus within the key function areas of the system.
SCHEDULE OF RATES – Quadpro Collegiate is provided with a comprehensive schedule of rates for condition survey interpretation into strategic planned maintenance.
