A - The Foundation Quadpro~Collegiate system
The Collegiate foundation networked system includes the following features:
Site plans stored as jpegs to show building locations, utilities, drainage etc.;
Building plans (jpegs) for roofs and floor by floor room and space layouts;
CAD plans can also be held in the Collegiate data area for ease of access;
Numbered room data base linked to Job Requests / Orders for cost in use;
Picture library for storage & easy access of condition and reference photos;
Job Request Call Centre for work allocation, job tracking and management;
Estates Budgets linked to Work Orders and suppliers for cost management;
Work Orders in a template format linked to suppliers, locations and budgets;
Statutory Works management eg: Fire, PAT, H&S,Tanks, Pumps, Boilers etc.;
Asset Management, maintenance and location tracking.
B - Collegiate Web Job Request Module
(Supplied as an add on to the Foundation Collegiate system)
This “add on” module provides a comprehensive web based Job Requestpackage to enable easy web access to authorised users to raise new Job requests from any PC with access to the school or college intranet. All Job data arrives real time into collegiate as a timed and dated request.
The person who raises the request receives an immediate e-mail confirming receipt of their job. As the work progresses if there is any change or delay noted by the Maintenance team then Collegiate will automatically e-mail this to the Job requestor. When the job is completed a further final e-mail will be sent confirming that the Job has been done.
In this way The Collegiate Web Job Request module provides a strong help and support facility for your “clients” and helps to build a healthy respect and awareness of the professional assistance provided by your team.
C - Collegiate Building Stock Condition, Projects and PPM Module
(Supplied as an add on to the Foundation Collegiate system).
The Collegiate Planned Preventative Maintenance package includes provision of a full costed schedule of rates, updated annually and coded to relate to template forms provided for use by surveyors. This enables ease of space by space materials and condition data gathering and input into Collegiate.
The Collegiate PPM system converts condition data into a Cyclical Maintenance Works schedule for up to 30 years. This is easily queried by year by element, work type and building or collective location to provide work items. Planned Preventative Maintenance Work Items can be easily gathered together into the Collegiate Projects which convert to Quotation requests or Work orders thus avoiding the inputting of the same data again for the order / project management process.
System Software Installation
Quadpro Collegiate is a Server > <. Client system. It makes minimal requirements on hardware and is easily networked.
